Everyone goes through difficult periods in life at one time or another, whether temporary or recurring. Analytical therapy can help you bring to light the underlying or unconscious factors that may be contributing to the difficulties you are currently facing, such as anxiety, stress, depression, feelings of panic or loneliness, as well as low self-esteem, among others.

My practice is grounded in attentive and engaged listening, supporting each person in their journey toward a deeper understanding of themselves, within a safe environment based on confidentiality and benevolent neutrality. Rooted in a contemporary approach to psychoanalysis, analytical therapy is suited to children, adolescents, adults, and families. It may also incorporate, according to each individual’s needs, Therapeutic Eye Movements (TEM), EMDR-based.

I hold a diploma from the International School of Applied Psychoanalysis, EIPA, in Montpellier. I am also a member of the International Society of Applied Psychoanalysis, ISAP, whose code of ethics include the supervision of my own clinical practice.

I welcome you face-to-face Monday to Saturday for sessions in English or French, and also remotely, where relevant.

Together, we will agree on the details of our sessions.
